Coastal Firearms NC LLC operates strictly in compliance with federal and state firearm laws regarding shipping and transfers.

Firearm Shipping Requirements

  • All firearms must be shipped directly from the seller or licensed dealer to our FFL licensed premises
  • We do not accept firearm shipments directly to customers’ homes under any circumstances
  • All incoming firearms are logged, secured, and processed upon arrival in accordance with ATF regulations

Transfer Process

Once a firearm arrives at our location:

  1. It is securely received and logged
  2. Required background checks and documentation are completed
  3. The firearm is released only after legal approval and compliance

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only handle firearm shipments within the United States where legally permitted
  • Certain firearms may be restricted based on federal, state, or local laws
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the firearm is legal in their state before shipping
