All firearm transfer and service fees paid to Coastal Firearms NC LLC are generally non-refundable once processing has begun.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a transaction cannot be completed due to legal restrictions or failed background checks
  • If a service is canceled before processing has started
  • If an error occurs on our end that prevents service completion

Once a firearm transfer has been processed or completed, no refunds will be issued.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
